Strategic and Technology Advisors to Management 21 (STAM21) of Beltsville, Maryland and The Catalyst Consulting Group, LLC (CCG) announce their strategic partnership. STAM21 provides M&A Support, IRAD Strategy and Management support, Program Management support, and business acquisition assistance primarily for the Defense, Intelligence, and Homeland Security markets.
